Key Responsibilities

- Document customer interactions accurately in the system for reference and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and navigating the internet.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
- Ability to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or online retail customer support.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
