Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and process incoming packages promptly
- Load and unload packages onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Track and monitor package deliveries to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist customers with package tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution
- Maintain precise records of package deliveries and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for tracking and documentation
- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds
- Previous experience in customer service and package handling is preferred
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
