Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with healthcare providers to understand their staffing needs and recruitment goals.
- Source and identify qualified candidates for various healthcare roles through job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a perfect match for client needs.
- Maintain and update candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and employers.
- Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to help meet their recruitment goals.
